4th Step Inventory AFG — Al-Anon Day (75th Anniversary Celebration)
Join the 4th Step Inventory AFG in Corner Brook as they celebrate the 75th Anniversary of Al-Anon with a special day of fellowship and connection. All are welcome.

Location: All Hallows Church, Basement, 109 Humber Road, Corner Brook
Schedule: 

10:30 a.m. -11:00 a.m. - Registration

11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - Al-Anon meeting

12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. - Potluck lunch and social

1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. - Al-Anon meeting


Al-Anon at the AA Spring Convention

Al‑Anon will be participating in the AA Spring Convention, with Al-Anon meetings taking place each day.

Date: May 15 - 16, 2026

Registration: $25.00 per person

Location: All Saints Parish Hall, 419 Conception Bay Highway, CBS - Help with Transportation can be provided, if required. More details to follow.

Friday, May 15, 2026:

5:00 p.m. - Doors open

6:45 p.m. - AA and Al-Anon opening speakers

8:00 p.m. - Al-Anon open meeting


Saturday, May 16, 2026:

9:30 a.m. - Al-Anon open meeting

11:00 a.m. - Al-Anon open meeting

1:30 p.m. - Al-Anon open meeting

3:00 p.m. AA and Al-Anon panel discussion

4:30 p.m. - Al-Anon open meeting

7:15 p.m. - AA and Al-Anon closing speakers


Convention brochure/itinerary will be posted at a later date.


Currently seeking event volunteers for various roles and responsibilities, including:


  • Registration volunteers and welcome greeters are needed for Friday 5:00 p.m. to close, and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to close; and
  • Kitchen helpers are needed for Saturday set-up and cleanup, etc.

Food donations for the Potluck on Saturday are needed. Group Representatives are keeping a running list for each group, please let them know if you are willing to bring an item.

Listen and Learn AFG 26th Anniversary Meeting

Date: Thursday, May 28, 2026

Time: 10:30 a.m.

Location: The Crossing Church (Rear Entrance), 314 Topsail Road, St. John's

This is an open meeting, with speakers. Members of other 12 step groups, as well as  newcomers, are welcome to attend and participate.

Stay for snacks, tea and coffee, and fellowship after the meeting.

Area 83 World Service Committee (Upcoming Meetings)

Dates: Sunday, May 24; Sunday, August 30; and Sunday, November 29, 2026

Time: 10:00 a.m.


Location: Zoom (ID: 820 3738 3888, no password required)

Everyone is welcomed to attend!  All Area 83 committee members and District representatives will be discussing Al-Anon business, and everyone's voice is important.
